Tonight, I didn't have much time before getting ready for my friend to come over so I hit the stairs. I live in a 27 story apartment, on the 20th floor. I climbed up to 27 then down to the main floor up to 27 down to 1; up to 27 down to 1; up to 27 then back to 20. I think that's right? All I know is 61 floors up and 61 down with 4 x 12 push ups and 4 x 12 dips done every 6th floor going up in 20:39.
My legs feel like jelly!
