My running has been limited to the treadmill lately. I've been doing the random hill workout quite a bit. For some reason the time seems to tick by just a little quicker.

I've never tried a program on the TM...I've always manipulated it myself. Maybe I should try this sometime...

Give it a try!

10km easy tonight and packing for a business trip. Hopefully I will be able to run. The hotel is close to the Danube and a park.

Working in Ottawa but living in Pontiac, QC (just West of Gatineau). I guess I can change my location...

Nothing today. Eric and I did go on a walk, but my foot is still healing, and I"m sore from yoga yesterday. Had my last class of my master's program tonight! The only thing left is my final next week, and then graduation next Saturday. Woo! I'm looking forward to having 8 hours extra in my weeks to run or pursue other hobbies :)

Put the blizzard in the freezer and did another 7.3k with DH. Now to eat it.

Thanks, you two! :D

(I haven't been running much and I've been down about it to the point it was hard to even read here... I'm sure those of you who have been injured can relate!)

Are you the same A on FB? Lol! (you know I'm alive silly!) :P

Uri has passed. There are no more Uris. Thank God! Separation, kidney stone, rotated hip joint. That's my wicked three strikes for the year and I'm sticking to it. Oh, and I suppose a bit of a small public announcement: I'm feeling a lot better these days. Thanks RM for being there for me when I needed it. Runners are the best!
