Re: Seriously? Is it finally Friday???
Did another 30 minutes straight running today. (Actually 32 minutes--did an extra trip around the block.) I am geting faster--that block used to take 3 minutes, now only 2.5.
Lovely weather today--15 degrees and the lightest ghost of a rain. Funny how my definition of "lovely weather" has changed since I started running!

Plan is 32-34K. Supposed to do 10K on my own at 7am and then circle back to meet the group at 8am for another 21K or so.

13.5 miles (give or take... gps is a little sketchy on grouse!). It's cool/drizzly out so I was fine while running/hiking but now that I'm done I'm freezing! Time for some hot chocolate. :)
