Something new... ok, someONE new

Postby MichaelMc » Sat Oct 02, 2010 7:38 pm

Well it has been a slow week for running, but a big week for me in another way. After months of anticipation and preparation (mostly by my Wife), we have a new family member! My Son Alec was born on Saturday: 8 lbs 13 oz of bouncing baby boy.

He is my (very pleasant) reason for thinking my training will take a very different turn in the future. Workout Routine? Hah!

A big congratulations Mrs Mc and, you too of course Michael.
