30km LSD this morning. First day with having to wear tights and gloves. Otherwise, a beautiful sunny day.

That's a great result, 8 min PB from the early summer. Can't wait to hear his story.

I did a HOT 40C humidex run down by the Miami port. Yick it was hot, but I got to run along the water, see Royal Carribean and Carnimal cruise ships and ran (walked) thru the market area. Judging by this run, I'm not sure I want to be running in the port area at night. It may be the dread-mill for the morning runs.

A slow but not so easy 35 minutes run today. Cool weather, but beautiful...guess I'll have invest in some running tights soon. Will need new running shoes, too. I've just about worn out my first and only pair! :D

I will run later today... might need a nap first though. Sammy was up ALL night and wouldn't sleep because there was another dog in the house... which means I didn't get much sleep either. :(

Was great to see you today Holly!

A nice run in Parc de la Gatineau with a new running partner (and adventure racer!) She took me on some new trails (but not really sure I know where I went). Ideal conditions for a run - +3 and sunny. The fall colours looked pretty nice with the sun beaming against them. This afternoon was 2hrs of mowing the grass - hopefully for the last time this year...

Hope everyone had a good Sunday!

2.5k run to Southcentre, 5k race (PB!), then 2.5k run home.

Finished the run to the mall at race pace, did most of the run home near race pace.

Instead of a run, I did the grouse grind with Habs and Mr Habs. Second day in a row that I've done the Grind, and neither time was planned, lol.

Tomorrow is a run with Habs. Am I supposed to be tapering?? :)

I got out for two hours this morning on roads and trails. I love running over the Second Narrows Bridge because I hate running over the Second Narrows Bridge.

Love this... because I've had pretty much the same thought!

I did about 45 minutes of yoga videos today. One focused on arms. I didn't finish it, but I'll still be sore tomorrow. Then I met up with a friend to go to MEC and wander downtown. T'was good. And my back doesn't hurt today. I aim to try another run tomorrow.

Yesterday, after our run, I was looking at my friend's trail shoes. He'd just bought the same ones I had, and I was comparing. So I looked at my shoes. I hadn't noticed before how incredbly worn they were! So I bought new ones when I was at MEC today. :)
