Zoomphoto is giving away a race entry, looking for feedback

Hey all, I know I don't post that much anymore (no time these days!)

Zoomphoto is looking for feedback on event photography, and for your time and effort, we're having a draw for a race entry fee (up to $100CDN), and it doesn't even have to be a race we're shooting! So if you have something coming up, and you want to win, check out our little contest. Oh, and if you have already paid for an event, and you win, we'll just cut you a cheque to cover it,... yeah, we're pretty flexible.

Register the sweepstakes rules and all advertisements used to promote the contest with the Quebec government at least 30 days ahead of the sweepstake's launch.
Pay a fee of up to 10% of the sweepstake's value.
Agree to allow the government of Quebec to mediate any lawsuits arising from the contest.
Follow strict guidelines about the contents of the sweepstakes rules.
Allow the Quebec government to determine if the sweepstake may be changed or canceled once it has started.
