2015 is Goofy's 10th Anniversary ... You should come ... Zack would be at a perfect age for Disney World Experience .... and, they have lots of kiddy races, as well ... :P

It's on our list. I don't know if it'll be that year, but some year for sure!

How far in advance should I be thinking about a dinner reservation for after the full? Last time we had to wait over an hour to be squeezed in. Needless to say, I was hungry And fading fast that night!

You can reserve now. Go onto the disney website find a place and time that you like. The early dinner reservations seem to go pretty quick. Last year we did the Biergarten for german buffet and a big stein of beer. It was so yummy after finishing Goofy.

Here's my favorites:

Biergarten at Epcot
Chef Mickeys or Cape may Cafe for character breakfast
Soma at Animal Kingdom was a really cool experience having african buffet
Raglan Road at Downtown Disney
Kucina at Disney Boardwalk (Cat Cora's restaurant)

Here are a couple I thought were way overpriced and wouldn't bother again:
Crystal Palace character dining at Magic Kingdom
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot

Next time we go, I want to have supper at Epcot in the Mexican Pavillion underneath the pyramid.

Anyone ever eaten at Paradiso 37 in Downtown Disney? Or Yachtsman Staekhouse at the Yachtsman Resort?

we're planning to not have plans on Sunday.

We will need to eat though, so, if there's a downtown Disney reservation being made, I'm sure we would be interested in joining.

The only catch is that we like to be out of a restaurant by 6:30 - so, we'd need a 5 o'clock-ish seating.....and, there's 6 of us.

Paradiso 37 is a lively spot - ideal if you're into frozen drinks (lots of different tequila options available). You can see a copy of the menu from Summer 2012 here http://allears.net/menu/men_para.htm

Yachtsman was a let down for us on two different trips. FIL, BIL, and my hubby all had less than stellar steaks on not one, but two occasions. Considering Yachtsman is a signature dining location, you're expecting a higher level of service - can't say we got it on either visit. I won't even touch the veggie or vegan option, aside to say I was offered a plate of squash or mac/cheese. If you're looking for a good steak, the recommendation by most DIS'ers is Shula's over at the Dolphin. You can read the "steak" thread over on the DISBoards here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2967131

Can we get a list going of who will actually be at Disney 2013? AND, is there an interest in a GTG/supper reservation while we're there?
