Woohoo Wednesday
Re: Woohoo Wednesday
I'll be running with a friend tonight, but I'm not sure what the plan is. I'm recovering and tapering, and she's tapering, so it will be something easy. It's sunny out, but windy, and the wind is supposed to continue until tomorrow.

Re: Woohoo Wednesday
I am still undecided with a rest day or a 20 mins run. Legs are a bit sore from tae-box and I haven’t taken a day off since the Goodlife half.

Re: Woohoo Wednesday
Rest day today, another tempo/hill race trial run tomorrow. Felt good last night but still way slower than I would like to be, tried my fuelling routing which consists of 4 gummy bears every 10 minutes/2 km's and Gatorade. For some reason gummy bears work well for me and they taste yum!
Re: Woohoo Wednesday
6k easy, with a big hill thrown in at the end. This time I made it to the top.

Re: Woohoo Wednesday
Black clouds around for an hour before our run and figured they would pass. So, 50 feet into the run the skies opened with torrential rain and hail. Managed to swim 3K in that mess before quitting. Coffee & social was good...after changing into dry clothes.

Back a day early from a very busy trip. Hopefully I will be able to get in some stairs tomorrow as I am beginning to feel really lazy!

Good stuff. I have not been liking the Dartmouth hills recently.
