Good luck to Charlotte on her first race! Good luck to the rest of today's racers too!
I was supposed to run this morning, but the rest of the group cancelled on me for various reasons (hungover, lazy, had to work...) so I also adopted the lazy excuse and went back to bed. I'll either run this evening or tomorrow.
SATURDAY get ready and GO

12.5k with Steve. It was nice to have company and someone to carry the water.

Super busy day for me between yard work/ dump run/ parenting duties, but I managed to get out for an hour on trails this afternoon.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

it was actually her second race! she did the 2km last year at 6 weeks. Not a pb this year - we arrived too late and got stuck at the back of the pack.

did a lot of walking in the sun today. but after only 2 hours of sleep last night, that's all I can manage. Kicking back on the couch now and counting the hours until bedtime! :)
