I haven't run it, but the course is pretty straightforward: net downhill, point-to-point. Make sure you consider transportation.

Very windy here, so 13 Km on indoor track.
A little stuffy inside, but not bad.

3x400m loops up at the lake. I'm glad I went, but my right arm is sore. :(

I'm lacking running direction and have no training plan right now so I'm hoping that this will give me some kind of push or accountability. :D
Went for an easy 10km run after work.

Very inspiring and free Trail Running magazine, here -

http://issuu.com/trailrunningcanada/docs/trail_runner-issue2-final

If you must run on pavement, look at it as cross training.
During any successful session, one might and should have a moment of truth, "should I continue or just walk home?". If you don't break down, the same thing might happen a few hundred steps later, but you already dealt with that issue. This usually happens in the second half, anyways. The satisfaction one derives later, when at home, is extremely gratifying, and is a build up like no other to further efforts.

Did my 20 minutes on the bike, then the TM lurking in the corner made me feel guilty, so I did 4k easy on the TM too.

10km tonight followed by a 16 minute ab workout from a DVD. I don't think I'll be able to cough, sneeze or stand up straight tomorrow because of sore ab muscles!

A couple of hours on trails with my new mountain bike group... I'm starting over and it is hard, but so fun! A few bruises and scrapes... should sleep well tonight! :)

Going to try to go every Monday night... it's a great group and good workout for me. Plus fun fun fun!
