Did a fairly brisk 9.6kms at 5:20/km this afternoon. Felt pretty good despite being rained on at one point.

15k this morning with the team. Feel MUCH better than I did during 15k last week. Patiently awaiting the steak cooking for me on the bbq now.

8 miles done, warmest run so far this year (yay sun!).

I've been struggling a LOT lately with my running... today was better than the last few, but still not great. I have 6 weeks until my trail race so hopefully I can get into better shape by then!

I made 45min, running 8-1's to be able to catch my breath. Deadly sick here, cold / flu / pneumonia who knows, going to the Doctor tomorrow.

No run today, instead I went out on my bike for about 90 minutes. It was a beautiful day today and the river valley was busy.

Starting sprinkling about 1/2 way through a 10k run. Felt good to cool off.
