Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Not sure about the rest but I am busy blowing my nose

Hate summer colds! It appears to be not too bad and maybe even going away though :) so got out for a short run - real short! Even though I am feeling better the cold was just enough to make breathing right miserable. Ended up with all of 2K. Oh well better then 0 - K. I have agility later today and then a photo shoot with Miss Hannah which I think is going to require some hiking out into the bush. Hopefully I won't be too tired and that will get a bit more of a workout in for the day.

Rest up and feel better Jane!

I had a lovely walk to work this morning - not too hot when I was out there yet. Today is bound to be a scorcher! Tonight, a run/hike in Gatineau Park :D

Have a great day everyone!

I was up, running to work (5k) and then at the gym for a strength workout. Then I was surfing the net...

I biked to work today. The plan for tonight is an interval bike workout, but I'm meeting my cousin at some point, so not sure when/if that will get done.

I'm going to take a few days off. Wore my last pair of shoes too long (I believe) and got a little bit of PF in my foot (not chronic and pretty much healed up). Switching shoes entirely and going to rest up to make sure they get a fair shake when I test them out, so will get back at it on Monday!

No run for me today, going to volunteer this evening at Giro di Burnaby - criterium bike race. Lots of bikes going really fast on 1.3 km street loop :)
They used to have Ferrari's as pace cars but they've shortened the course and put in a 180 degree turn so I'm assuming no cars on the course this year.

Not a late start for me...an early start instead! I have a busy weekend coming up, so I got my weekly long-ish run in this morning instead. 12 km done, and everyone was still asleep when I got home.

I think I'll try and do this again in the future, especially on weekends when we're going up to the cottage and I'd rather not do a long run. I should be able to easily fit in 15 km, which isn't bad for an every other week sort of long run for half training.

I'm up to 30 minutes cotinuous running on the indoor track as of today. I think I'm healed up enough to take it back outside starting tomorrow. Looking forward to running in the park again. :D

Usual early start to the day for me, but a late check-in to the thread, ha ha. As it turned out, I didn't go to Runpub last night so running in the morning was a good call. An emergency came into our vet shortly before our cat's appointment, so they were running quite late. (Don't know what the emergency was, but there was a whole family there looking very upset, felt so bad for them). This morning was no cardio at all, which is pretty unusual, but I used the extra time for some additional weights and stretches instead.

Work is getting busy so I'm going to need those de-stressing morning runs in the next few weeks!

Another 1 hour bike & 30 min run afterward. Very hot but bearable. Absolutely no foot pain from yesterday or today!

I had intended to do my run this morning, but one thing led to another, and I gleefully hit the snooze alarm a few times.

I did about 5km at lunch, and in deference to the warm sun, I took more walk breaks than usual. I also was very glad to have a bottle of water with me!

5 miles of trails/gravel... The trail sections are shaded but the gravel sections are not, so I was completely drenched in sweat by the end. :) I love summer!!

I got a nice hilly 9km in , but I am getting to the point this summer, I think I am going to have to start setting the alarm for EARLY and run. The heat and sun is just too much for a quality run in.

Just dreading it, b/c I have a toddler who loves to cuddle at 2, 3 or 4 (sometimes all 3) in the morning!

Decided to take a rest day tomorrow so I added a little more to the run today. 16k with a forced slower pace along the crushed gravel path along the Bay. My legs aren't feeling the way they should so early in the cycle so I'm trying to be careful.
