1 - Run - 7 km in the warm, dark morning (no blackberry with me today!)

2 - Work - a less crazy day than yesterday, so far

3 - Visit my sister! She's in town for work and is coming for dinner!

1. Work, only two meeting today
2. Run, two tempo intervals
3. Guitar practice, two new chords.

Does that count as six? :)

2 and 3 done. As often happens on work days, I don't get a break until the end of the day when I'm too tired to run. :/ Theoretically I could still go... but I won't.

Also, I have an injury. Instructions are ice, rest, and ibuprofen. Problem is it's not from running. It's from biting into an apple. (On monday... TMJ... still cannot eat without great pain... ugh). So all I've been eating since yesterday is comfort food....

Work was done with only some quiet muttering.

Very short run in pouring rain - made plans to go for coffee if only two of us showed up. Ended up that four of us showed up but peer pressure resulted in a super short run and a pleasant visit over coffee while we tried to dry out from our 12 minutes of soggy running.

2019 plans - Sun Run Clinic (as usual), make it past tax season with sanity intact, start training, Chicago Marathon !!!
