Pretty chilly here in Brighton too- around -10° this morning. Did a nice paced 10K. Finally feel like I'm getting back into the groove.

Minus stupid something this morning. At least it wasn't windy.

I got up and went to the gym to run this morning. 6K in 35:27 (5:55/km). I'd originally planned to run 5K, but when I was 25 minutes into the run I was feeling good (and not bored!) so I added some extra time.

Good morning and TGIF! Looking forward to some extra sleep tomorrow, I can feel that my body needs it. So much wanted to stay in bed today but made it to the gym for 50 minutes on the TM. A little bit of progression running in there, but mostly just steady race pace running. Busy day at work so that's it for me. Have a great weekend, everyone :)

30 mins was just shy of 5k. Felt really good. Could have run longer but it may not be worth it in the end. I will be increasing distance before long. Have to get ready for ATB :D

Just getting ready to head out for 7-ish km - it's cold out there but I think it'll be manageable to go out and enjoy the sunshine. The temps they're forecasting for early next week might drive me to break down and try out the indoor track, though!

The weather here is all over the place. Today supposed to be +4, tonight 0 and then tomorrow a high of -11 and Sunday a high of -20!

Much needed rest day for me. Worked out hard (for me) this week, 7.5 hours in 4 days. I am tired! Massage after work, can hardly wait.

Happy Friday!!

Alrighty...back to winter now... it's -14 with the wind chill here in balmy NOTL. I've head-faked my new running friend into a nice easy 10k today, by promising her hot chocolate when we finished. Hopefully there won't be any frozen digits. :)

7k done, with some hills. I had a hard time coaxing myself out the door but it was beautiful once I warmed up (about 10 minutes in).

-29 with the WC when I headed out in the dark this morning. But since I'd been stuck inside for two days, I was getting out there! It was beautiful in the end, if brisk. 9.5 km done.

Really cold here as well, and the streets are mostly icy, so I ran on the indoor track at the UofS. About 5.5k, by my calculations.

Yeah it was cold here too. I admire all you folks running in minus stupid temps and getting up super early to get that long run in. I think Vancouver would be shut down if we saw anything below - 10.

9.5 k around the hood. But it was super foggy when I finished. :P
