I'm confused too. Is the objection to the original blanket statement that suggested that people who are major cheaters in races will also be dishonest in the real world? Or the blanket statement that minor cheating and major cheating are fundamentally the same? Or the blanket statement that nobody should post on a message board before attaching a legally airtight addendum that delineates the various assumptions and opinions being expressed? Too deep for me, I'm going for a run...

well, from what I read, someone said that we are all "cheating" by posting on RM while at work.

People freaked out.

really? I'm totally on company time right now. I would guess that *most* people are when they post during the day, but, of course there would be exceptions.
i run for me.

this recently came up.

I do find it oddly fascinating how passionate people are with possibly being covered under a blanket statement with respect to cheating......

People don't like being accused of being dishonest. This is a surprise?

I will be the first to admit that I have cheated on various levels in various instances in my life.
I just feel bad for others who do not deserve to be lumped into the heap with me :)
