Running Mania

Um, not really.

Heading to the gym for spin class.

Just a really easy 3K for me today to keep the legs moving.

18 - 20k on tap, I'll see if I can get myself organized and out the door in time to do the 20.

Don't hate me but its supposed to be nice here

It's raining here, that's spring like... Rest day for me.

Just got in before the nasty stuff started!

Pretty good 16K @ 5:29 pace. Legs felt peppy today.

No spring here yet. Ripping out carpet in our "sun" room (that is not very sunny these days), then hopefully a long run.

Bashed out a 20 mile long run this morning.

Easy 12.2km. Tomorrow has a nice 4hr run on the schedule, so just short and easy for today

20 miles outside today with lots of hills....

25k for me today.

10k on the TM - and we're supposed to get hit with another 20cm of snow , so it looks like my long run tomorrow will have to be on the TM too.

7km for me nice and easy. I wanted to ride my bike to rehearsal but it was raining... I'm not made of sugar except when it comes to biking in the rain! I don't like the poopypants look it causes, haha.

Race kit pickup. Bike leg of tomorrows triathlon is likely going to be cancelled with 6 inches of snow on the way.

5.5K on the TM.

cold and windy in Bston. I did get in alast warm-up run this morning. 6 km at a moderate pace.

45 spin class this morning. Starting to feel better after a week of a nasty head and chest cold.

10K grey and windy but not too cold.
