Haha...ya right, I think you pulled me through most of it that day.

I'm crediting it to the Hokas...I near took out a group of about 10 Chinese tourists bombing down a hill. I was going as hard/fast as my legs could take me and had to yell to them to move else it was going to be like bowling for tourists with me as the ball. When I looked at the garmin it had me at a 2:45/km pace at that point. I was holding on for dear life.

I am skipping my run today. The YMCA was closed today in threat of flooding. :(
If you have to ask me why I Run, You probably wouldn't understand!

The road already had water on it when we went by about 4:00pm.

First run in Medicine Hat as a resident. Tried to go on a pathway, but was closed due to being near a creek that could flood. 7.6k done
