When you're a jet you're a jet all the way... 15K of bliss on grass trails.

If you go for an outdoor swim, where and when ?
I'll gladly come down and lifeguard, my shoulder still won't let me participate...

The plan is for Cherry, 5:30-ish, but it will be a last-minute decision depending on the weather. I don't mind if it's raining but if there are thunderstorms then the beach will be closed.

Done. :) Thanks for coming out and supervising!

No Alice moments today. Just 30 mins on the rowing machine and then a session of Yin Yoga.

I did a back and biceps workout at the YMCA. I am planning a short run once I get home. :)

Very easy 5 and a bit done after the sun had just set- slow but good!

La, do you know why the pool is closed? It's been awhile!
