Sweet Saturday
Best of luck to all those racing today!
I am off to the Women's Shoppers Drug Mart race to act as a Power Leader on the course: running, cheering, inspiring, supporting -- really looking forward to cheering on some great ladies! And then, there's a 1 km race for the little girls -- that will be really sweet!!

Re: Sweet Saturday
Sweet indeed. I am off on the Guelph Sweet Ride: Meet at "Bite on Cork St" for a milkshake, cycle about 8-9 K to a farm on the outskirts of town for pie, cycle back to the Albion for a beer. Going to ride the Biomega and 16 K is definitely on the far end of what I like to do on that bike... But it's a leisurely pace ride so I am sure it will all be good.
The rumours are true......

+1
Actually, it was only the first 13k that were rough. I actually finished the last 19k with no stops. So that kind of made up for the two stops I made in the first 13k

Re: Sweet Saturday
Easy 7k for me. Almost the same route I did Wednesday but today was cooler and humid vs Wednesday hot and dry. I think I prefer hot and dry.

Re: Sweet Saturday
so-so long run this morning. beautiful day, and managed to meet up with a friend, so that part was lovely. tummy wasn't feeling great, and had one random stab of knee pain, but otherwise good. 20 km done.

Re: Sweet Saturday
I woke up this morning, had a quick snack and then went out for a nice 10K in the neighbourhood. Great morning and I'm loving the cooler temps!

31-ish k run with Stampie and the Bonsor crew, cooler day but humid. I've been fighting a cold &/or bug for a few days and it caught up with me on the last couple of km. We did our four city tour Bby-Van-W Van & N Van

Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
