Mississauga Runners

Hey, It's been a while since my last post.

How many of you out there are from Mississauga? I am in Meadowvale and was wondering if there are any early morning runners?

early morning, no. but i do get out and run around "lake" aquitaine a few times every now and then during lunch.

Nice! I do that quite often as well. I am sure we have crossed paths. What kind of runs do you usually hit at lunch time?

usually only have time for 5k - run to the trail then 2 laps around the lake then back. nice little loop there.
