Went to the Bay today for 14k including 6 x 1k intervals. I remembered a quarter way through the last interval that the workout calls for 5 x 1k but decided to finish it anyway. Managed to stay within +/- 1 second for each interval so a good workout.

I check in every so often and see how RM is doing. I haven't been running in awhile - torn hamstring has me out of action for several months - but I like to keep in touch with Maniacs. :YMHUG:
