Hair of the Dog run today, nominally 9.5 kms. The trail was icy, the weather was cold and a good time was had by all.

14k with the running room group to kick off 2014! Cold but I was dressed for it.

I ran 11kms in Banff. I ran the Tunnel Mountain Road loop. I guess I am training for Melissa's Roadrace already. The weather was great.
