23km this morning. The roads in town were super slushy (got about 5cm of snow last night, and then it rained on top of that) so I headed to the provincial park where the roads weren't salted, and they were in much better condition. Started off nice & slow, and worked my way up to just shy of marathon pace by the end.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
