Good morning all!

Still not feeling very springlike here, but at least we're not getting the snowstorms that the east cost is forecasted to get!

12km easy pace for me this morning.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Lots of sunshine here this morning but still well below freezing. It was a non-running day, so did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then some upper body and core work. Not enough, though, so hoping to get home early enough to carve out some time to finish that workout. Have a good day everyone.

A hot and humid 24K for me in 2:27. Glad to have that one done. 8) It's going to rain this afternoon too.

4 km on the treadmill. Feeling no ill effects from my fall on Saturday, minus my forearm which still sore from taking the brunt of the slip.

Nice and sunny here but still cool. First run after a week off running and did 6K. Hip didn't complain too much.

5.7K done after work. It was cold and windy, but at least the sun was shining. I think Old Man Winter and Mother Nature are still having a spat. :?

10K on the treadmill yesterday. I started out kind of tired and not really "into it." Around 5K I was thinking about stopping.

I was watching the Steve Prefontaine movie "Without Limits" and seeing the 1972 Olympic race distracted me enough to carry on and finish my 10K run. Can't wait to run outside on a regular basis!

Rest day today.

Today was supposed to be a rest or walk day. But It was a long workday and I really wanted to run between work and more work. So I did Week 2 Day 3 of C25K. Tomorrow I'll walk 30 minutes on the way to work. But tonight I needed to run.
