I was up very early this morning for a flight back home. Today is a rest day. :)

I did a 60-min spin class last night, and tonight it's runpub. Normally, I'd run about 8K/45-min, but it's kind of cold, and I'm racing on Sunday, so I might cut it short.

Safe Travels, Jennifer.

I forgot that I did W2 D3 of Couch to 5K on Monday night, and couldn't figure out why my workout was harder this morning. But it was good, nonetheless.

Warmup, then:
Run 90s, Walk 90s
Run 180, Walk 180
Run 90, Walk 90
Run 180, Walk 180
Cooldown

I'll take it. Off to work til 2:00, rehearsal for new play til 10:00 pm -- it's a two-job kind of day.

Started the day with 7.5 miles on the TM. Kind of a weird run - I wasn't feeling any more tired than usual, and my legs didn't feel stiff, but it seemed to take forever to get warmed up and it was only for about the last 20 minutes that everything felt "right". So it was a bit of a struggle but in the end it feels good to have it done. Although ATB isn't really a race, I may take a rest day tomorrow and then run easy on Friday, as a sort of mini-mini taper. Work is crazy so that will be a factor as well.

Off for a 5k with the three hounds. It took me a lot of effort to roll out of bed this morning, As crazy as I might look running with a 70lb,69lb and a 30lb dog I'm sure glad I have them as my running partners.

Still waiting for spring!

4 km on the TM. Much better sleep last night, but took me a while to get warmed up today.

6.58k for me, in strong wind with spitting snow, on slush-and-ice streets. I'm so done with winter.

5.12k run done in 29:10 (5:42/km). And then I fell. Had to take a cab back to the store as I was quite shaken up.

10K with the group tonight. Bit windy and icy in spots but I'll put up with that rather than face what is happening down East today....

That sounds nasty....how are you doing now??? Did you do the "pub" part of runpub?

Ditto on the being done with winter. I ended up running on the TM, after almost wiping out on ice while walking the dogs.

Ouch, La. Heal up soon.

Did an easy 20k on a upset stomach. Didn't feel as easy as it should have especially near the end.

Nope. Went home and had a glass of wine. I have a black eye today (from where my sunglasses smashed against my face) on top of the bruised cheekbone. I'll be fine, it just looks nasty.
