It's up to 17 here so I believe I'll take the dog out for 10k or so later. We went 8k yesterday in shorts and a T (me, not the dog), it was wonderful!

I forgot to post yesterday but I ran 8k late in the day. Today I just finished 16k with 3 x 3.2k at Hanson "strength" pace. Good workout.

Ugh! Ran 5 kms on Thursday, 7 kms on Saturday, 5 kms on Sunday, and all excited about the warm weather...then a student slams her chair leg down on my foot (by accident) and I am icing and resting it and hoping I can run tomorrow! :(

6k run home from work. M ran 14k over to meet me, then took my backpack for the next 6k of his run. That's the only time we have run about the same pace. He just needs to run 14k first and carry my backpack every time!

Speedwork Tuesday on the track! (Freakin' finally…)

4x1M @ threshold (~5:50) with 391m jog recoveries + WU/CD for 13K. The cardio was surprisingly good but I have an achilles that has not been happy with me lately.

Nice miles. :) Impressive that you actually add the extra 9m to make it a true mile. :)

Congrats mr. scrummy!

16k with 2 x 3 miles today. Plus another 2k to search for my car key I thought I had lost (in my spibelt). I thought I had made the same mistake twice when I found my shorts' pocket unzipped after my run.
