Easy 10K this morning! No rain, but cloudy and actually quite muggy! Awesome!

Runpub later. Hoping for 6 easy kilometers, providing I don't have any Achilles pain.

As Lisa said, kind of muggy this morning. But the cloud cover was nice and the conditions were very comfortable for a 7.5 km run with one of my gym buddies. I followed that up with 15 minutes on the elliptical and one set of upper body weights. TSO concert tonight so no Runpub for me. Just have to get through the work day - it's calm at the moment but we have a whole list of deadlines to check off later today. Have a good day, everyone. :)

awkwardly placed meetings today will make a run difficult but I'm going to try to do it after my last meeting (note to self: eat before the meeting).

Back on the trails again this morning- 11km done.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Fun place for a conference! Is there still some skiing?

Gorgeous day here :). Early morning run and then a bike shortly after (had to get kids off to school in between) for me!
We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA

A little over 7K for me on a very hot evening here in Ottawa. Last I checked, it was +30 with humidex factored in. My pacing must have been perfect because it was actually a pretty nice run all things considered.

Lovely day! Really looking forward to a run outside! But… I got home just in time for the thunderstorm. Ended up doing intervals on the treadmill. Sigh. But at least intervals are good exercise.

Track night with the group. Did 4 by 1K with 200m walks followed by 2 by 200 all out. Was going to do 4 by 200 but I thought the other guys had left the track...but they were behind me and I didn't see them. Pleased with the effort and the times....
