Haha. I was going to when it was 10:30 here and nobody had started it!

Just some walking for me today so far. We've walked to the market, home, then about 4k in the neighbourhood, and then to brunch.

Rode 5K each way to my WW meeting, then to spin class. It was cold and windy out. I was late getting there (missed the first track) as my meeting ran long, so just shy of 40 minutes of spinning. I'm totally spent now.

Last bunny pace run! 16k in 1:41:37. Pretty good! All of my pace runs have been in the 1:41:10-1:41:50 range, which is about where I want to be.

Today felt astonishingly easy, but with my cutback this week, I'm feeling heavy and I haven't been sleeping as well as I do during heavy training.

The legs feel good though!

Ran 19.5 km in 1:51 this morning from Okotoks to High River, Alberta, the annual, informal, "Friendship Run" between the two communities staged every year by the Big Rock Runners running club.

Pavement, mostly gravel and some pasture running, finishing at the rodeo grounds outside High River as the town has a lot of construction going on, trying to ready for the potential of Spring flooding. You might remember about 90% of the community was submerged last Spring.

Stiff headwind the whole way this morning but fun nonetheless.

12K along Lakeshore Rd. Cold wind outbound. Sunny and warm on the way back. Almost too warm! Nice.

Great runs everyone!!! ESP Jesse... You're soooo close!!
I hit 20 km this morning for the first time since 2012!!! It felt good- lots of chatting. We did it in 1:49 which shocked me, but there were quite a few breathers at lights etc.

13k followed by a good game of golf. The nice weather helped keep my back loose so I was able to keep it together for all 18 holes. Today was only the second or third sunny Saturday we've had all year.
