No running for me today- I did the Brent Run Canoe race in Algonquin this weekend- 160km, finished in 41 hours. I'm beat.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Great day today. Spent 2 hours cutting the grass this morning. Nice 5.5K run this afternoon, alternating 1K faster than race pace and 1K a bit slower than race pace. Not sure I can keep up that average pace for 17K but i still have 4.5 days to get it right.....

Everybody is enjoying the day off I see!!

I had a boxing training yesterday with my tae-boxe instructor and former professional boxer... wow I have places that hurt that I've never thought would!

I still ran 30 mins today with DH & Popeye.

Gorgeous day in Montreal! Go HABS go!

For sure! I need to digest it all a bit first.

Yesterday morning I was thinking that was the worst 2 days of my life, today I'm thinking "that was pretty brutal, but maybe I'll do it again next year" and I imagine that by tomorrow I'll be thinking "that was awesome!"

back from Penticton today so I spent much of the day in the car (slower coming back too because of the holiday traffic).

Could run tonight but am working instead and thinking about making cheese biscuits and tomato soup...

so it's my first rest day since Wednesday. Will try to squeeze in a run tomorrow (but that might be difficult... we'll see).
