Major limping around for me as well, so I'll take a rest day, or two or 7!

I survived my bike ride to work this morning. Then I took the elevator. That's enough for me today.

Since I didn't race on the weekend (big congrats to everyone who did!), nothing special to report. Yesterday I ran 16 km, about 10 km with DH and some of that on trails instead of the usual paved path. That part was really nice, but when we were in full sun - whoa! It was really hot and I was thinking with sympathy of everyone who was racing in that sun/heat in Ottawa. This morning, since yesterday's run was relatively short for a weekend long run, I ran 8 km on the roof track at the gym. It's a nice alternative to either the indoor track or the TM on those days when I just don't want to be too far from home base.

Sending good recovery vibes to all the racers. :)

My calves are stiff after yesterday's marathon but overall I don't feel too bad. I will likely be ready to go for an easy run at the end of the week.
