Good workout for me this morning- headed up to my regular trails to do hill circuits- steady up, hard down, then a 3km tempo on the road on the way home.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Nice 12 km run for me this morning with my usual running buddy. Warm and little sticky, so it was nice to have cloud cover and a breeze for part of the time.

No running here, but babe and I went for our first walks yesterday and today - just around the block, but SO nice to get some fresh air.

Fairly brisk 6.5 k in 37 min, I topped up my asthma drugs before the run which made for a much better run than last week.
