Easy paced 11km for me this morning- down to Presqui'ile Prov Park to catch the sunrise from the marsh boardwalk- it was lovely!
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Rest day. I had bloodwork this morning, and I had to fast. I needed it anyway :)

nothing for me today, one more rest day before getting back into it. I want to try to keep my mileage up... so I'm thinking two medium-long runs this weekend (maybe 20k each).

tonight will be a lot of packing/cleaning/moving/wine. :)
