Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Was planning on running home from work. May bail on that but I'll take my gear and try to maintain some enthusiasm until the end of the day.

To be fair, it's National Running Day in the US. I don't think there's an official "day" in Canada. You get a pass. ;)

Good morning! I note the title of yesterday's thread was "Tardy Tuesday" - I was so busy that I missed posting and so I guess this is really tardy. Yesterday was a short gym day - 25 minutes on the elliptical followed by one set of upper body weights. Had to leave early in order to get to the office for an AED training session. This morning I met my running buddy and ran about 12 km in basically perfect conditions - gorgeous day for a run! And I'll plan to celebrate National Running Day by showing up for Runpub and running some TBD distance with some TBD person(s). The woman I normally run with there has a cold so not sure how things will work out.

:( No running for me on National Running Day per physio's orders. Boo! The good news is I can start up with 1:1's in a couple days.

I swam this morning. 1500 done in open water. It was great except now I can't hear out one ear and it is ringing.

5 miles outside tonight with Amelia. She did a brick workout; a .8 mile run and the rest on her bike!

I got out for 5k tonight. It wasn't a great run as a run, but it was great to get outside.

Run done - it wasn't pretty, had a couple of long lights and walked a fair amount on the uphill sections. Beautiful evening, glad I got out there.
