Beautiful Friday

It's a lovely day here in Brighton!

11km for me this morning- up to my local trails and did some hills loops.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Same here! I had to take a rest day yesterday, so I headed out this morning. 8.5K with 7 hill repeats thrown in! It's been a long time since I've done them!
It's not the size of the dog in the fight...it's the size of the fight in the dog! 11K Marker post - 2010 ATB.

Yes, yes, yes - beautiful morning for a run in the GTA! 12+ km done with my usual running buddy.

30 minutes on the rowing machine this morning. Some golf and dinner later today.

A tough 70min spin class followed by a relaxed 8k run in perfect weather!
