Cautious Thursday
Cautious Thursday
Very gentle hour of running on road and trail this morning. Hamstrings are still a bit tender after last weekend's trail race, and I've got a slight lower back twinge, so I'm taking it nice and easy for a couple of days.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

8k with 4k tempo and it felt rough. Considering I did up to 13k at that pace training for my Feb. half, an early fade this Sunday seems likely.

Don't get it in your head! If you think you will fade, you probably will.
For me it was 5K easy run, then 1375m in Kits pool.
