14k with the middle 5k in the pouring rain. thanks weather network!! at least no need for a shower now :think: :sick:

Not soggy here! A very tough 23k done. By 9am, it was 28C!

It's gorgeous here. In Vancouver we have been spared the very high inland temperatures.

7.4K this morning with the last 500m in pouring rain. Very muggy again....

I am hoping to go for a run later this afternoon/evening but I may get sidetracked by a patio and/or the beach. ;)

Weights for me this morning. I'm actually glad I'm not out running in this muggy mess, the air feels very heavy today.

Cowichan Challenge triathlon this morning. 3rd place age group finish. Not to bad!

Hiked around Upper Kananaskis Lake in the Rockies with the dogs today . . . . . beautiful, hot day.
