Simply Sunday

6 miles on TM today for me...Amelia and I have caught a bug that doesn't let us travel too far from the facilities. This was all I could muster today, far short of the 18 miles planned but at least it's something.

Ended up running 6.8k and walking another 3k. I was playing tour guide on a new route (not very successfully - 4 mutinee'd and went a different direction, 2 got ahead and actually did the right route, I walked back with 2 others and one fellow ..... well we don't know where he went).

I haven't posted on here for awhile. I likely missed lots of great stuff. Fortunately, I didn't miss that great pic, Holly!!
Today was hot and humid in K-W area. 32 km running and 9 km walking.

10K run this morning. I got out too late however. Humidex was 29 during my run. Sheesh. Never thought I'd miss winter running.
