Tempo Tuesday - well sort of!

I did a peppy 10K this am with 7k@ a quicker pace. It felt good to pick it up a bit!

8km easy pace with a friend and my dog this morning- it's a taper week for me. I'm heading to La Malbaie QC this weekend for the North Face UT Harricana 65km race.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Took it easy on my run in the park--ran when it felt good, walked when I wanted to. Almost 6k altogether.

Not so easy here, 3k moderate, 3k fartleks, 1.6k marathon pace and 3k cool down. Pushed it a bit too much on the fartlek intervals, left me with wimpy legs for the uphill section back home.
