wanted to Terry Fox, but just wasn't happening solo with two kids this year. Instead, 5 km on the treadmill.

21K for me on another gorgeous day. I almost needed gloves at the start, but now it's really clear and sunny and getting hot. I love these fall days (and we have our dry weather back). My run today felt tough, but I got it done.

No running today, but did 21km of mountain biking. It was one of my best rides ever. :D

3:20 of running that equals 31km. It was a great run. I had company for the first 22 then they left me to finish the last 9 solo but that was ok I was ready for some alone time.

Missed the local Terry fox run as I wanted a longer workout with my friends Janet and Mike.
