25k Run for the Kids. Went better than expected! 2:27:12 with a nice negative split. Served its purpose perfectly as a steady training run. Will do a rr later :)

A really nice 30k done. Great weather, spectacular fall colours, a great scenic route (parts of which I hadn't run before), and for the first time in ages, I didn't feel totally wiped out.

20 ish km run this morning, watch lost the first 500m or so. Absolutely gorgeous, sunny fall day. Still quite humid so I was pouring sweat.

hilly 18km this morning. Not sure if my body can handle longer distances anymore... may have to stick to nothing more than 10-12km and/or cycling after I get through this 1/2 marathon training.
