Lovely day for running here in Toronto – cool and sunny and just a bit breezy. My first run in a couple of weeks due to ongoing muscle problems (gradually sorting out), general busy-ness, and a trip to DC last weekend. Mind you, we walked more than 10 km a day for three days in DC (totalled over 15 km on the Sunday – why take transit when you can walk? :) ). Today I did 7.5 km and felt reasonably good about it. Harbourfront is still an unholy mess to run through, though!

+1 and raining here. Had to pressure-wash the dog after a soggy 10k with some trail running included.

Braved the rain and did the Run Ottawa 5K at the farm. 23:11 - 45 seconds improved over my last outing on this course at the beginning of August. Quite pleased with the improvement!

11.3K done in the rain on the trails in Kanata this morning. Slow and easy as the bod was tired after soccer last night.

Habs wins.

Just a short 30 min run on the hotel treadmill in Minneapolis this morning. Currently at a travel oasis just outside Chicago. Stopping in Flint, Michigan tonight. Borden tomorrow.

A little over 5K for me downtown this morning while my son was at judo. I forgot how tough it is to get into a zone when you have to stop for traffic lights every couple of blocks, LOL.

I lucked out with a sunny 10km this morning. Rain came shortly after.
