Shivery Saturday
Shivery Saturday
This is a first for me, not finding the daily thread. It's -5 here in Toontown, headed out the door for 20k with the hound.

Great 11K done with the group on the trails in Kanata this morning. Nice weather, although a bit cool to start.

4k mini shakeout run before most of the gang do the rock and roll half tomorrow. I'm doing the 10k and could have run more today but went along for company and coffee. Hoping the weather is dry tomorrow.

Took more than 5 minutes off my 8k PR at the Toronto Women's Run this morning. Very happy and on a lovely fall morning.

Beautiful day here in Toronto, maybe one of the last shorts-and-T-shirt days of the season. I got out for a lovely 12 km. I had been planning to do 10, but I just had to tack on a bit more in the park while I could.

agreed. supposed to only be 10 tomorrow. snuck in a quick 5 to take advantage of the warm (but windy) day!
