Shivery Saturday
Early morning 28K, -19 WC -27 for a new season best SS=756.
Re: Shivery Saturday
Cool here, but not as cold as that Ian! -4c and the sunshine was out for a good part of the run. Lots of runners out taking advantage of the dry snowless conditions on the Don't River east trail. By the looks of the forecast it might be the last until spring

Coached spin, dripping in sweat by the end. I love the group training atmosphere, far too much of my training is alone

Re: Shivery Saturday
Not as cold as my friends in the West this morning. It was about -8 Wind chill with a slight dusting of snow. It was a pleasant and easy 16.1 km run with my friend Mike.
Re: Shivery Saturday
14K for on the greenbelt pathways for me. It was a great run but I think it's almost time to start wearing pants and/or a running jacket. The first 2-3 KM's were a little chilly for me today in my shorts and long sleeve shirt.

16K outside for me today while Amelia in gymnastics...headwind going out, at my back coming back!
Re: Shivery Saturday
8k this afternoon to yoga and back. Core work must be paying off...pulled up into a head stand today for the first time in 44 years. Downtown Winnipeg is eerily quiet with the roads blocked off for the Santa Claus parade. Lots of people though.

I waited until the afternoon to run, and well worth the wait. It was -4 when I went out, and was -17 this morning when I woke up! A beautiful sunny 10k.

Still enjoying my rest & recovery season with a very easy paced 6.5km this afternoon in Presqu'ile Prov Park with my dad and my dog.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Bit cooler than that first thing, around -2 near the park and +1 away from that heat sink. Really nice in the sunshine. I'm loving our clear cool days. They are easing me into the short days.
Oh ... I did about 10k this morning.
