Had a nice hour on roads and snowy trails this morning with my dog.

I'm thankful that I finished that run! I did Habs/Jwolf/ironcoll's interval workout from yesterday. 2k warm up, then 6x800m at 12.0/12.0/12.1/12.1/12.2/12.3kph with 400m recovery (9.6kph) after each. With cool down, 10k total.
