Not a speck of snow here either! None really in the forecast. A bit of rain on the weekend they say. :?

This morning came with perfect late fall running conditions. Dry streets, 0C, calm winds. Bonus! Out I went for 13K at an easy pace.

Banff should have 30-50cm of snow by the time I go skiing on sunday  , but none here yet. I did a one hour weights class last night at the Y - I can't remember the last time I did weights, and my arms are telling me I need to do that more often! A sleepy, easy 8 k done this morning on the TM.

Heading to the gym later for a run on the TM. I'm going to see Book of Mormon tonight, so I have to squeeze it in (along with shower, change, and dinner) before 8PM.

An hour on road and trails with my dog this morning.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
