Yoga for me tonight.

I did my virtual workout yesterday and my calves are sore today. :( But sore in a good way. ;)

Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Out this morning where it was virtually windless. I had a nice 27 km walk/run/walk training session. 5 km of it was with my friend NinjaBunny. :)

Did my virtual training group workout! It wasn't a virtual workout though-- it was quite real. :) 2 x 10 min on treadmill, from 6.8 to 7.7 mph for the first one, then 6.9-7.8 for the second. Total on the treadmill was 5.5 miles, or 8.8K, in 54 min

Thanks to the tempo Thursday thread I was inspired to push the pace for the first 20 minutes of our run today. I actually managed a 5 minute km! I had to dial it back for the last half of our run as my quads were threatening to cramp up on me. I also had to conserve my energy for the run up the hill. I think I have to retire my Asics Nimbus - my calves really didn't like them on the uphill section.
