To be the Devil's advocate: God's way of saying you have too much time, too much money and not enough sense.
For the series closet to me, $420 for the half marathon option plus transportation and accommodations and a few meals.

Thanks for posting this web site, Andy. I had never heard of this series! Definitely in my plans for 2015 and/or 2016. Perhaps, Spirit will be intrigued as well!

This is great stuff for those looking to join the 50 States club. Also, Marathon Maniacs has a lot of folks doing this series. If you do a lot of Marathons, the Marathon Maniacs membership gets you enough discounts that the $12 or $15 annual fee pays itself off.
