Happy Monday and holy smokes it is December...
20 minutes on the bike this morning, then 10 on the treadmill, 5 on the rower, followed by some core.

Bruised my rib on Friday evening (tripped and fell against a chair). Decided to give it a test run today on the treadmill. Still a little sore but I made the planned 3 miles* – everything else is in working order.

* The treadmills in my building are American. Annoying. Can't find how to civilize their units of measurement.

Back to running today, slacked off and then couldn't run because of a badly bruised and swollen knee after curling (I will never curl AGAIN...).

Ran 30 mins 5X1

I went to Yin Yoga this evening. It was a lovely 90 minutes of stretching. :)
