Weary Wednesday

It was hard hauling myself out of bed this morning! 6k on the TM done, now a busy day of work and parent-teacher conferences tonight.

I enjoyed a beautiful 10K this morning- blue skies, snow on the ground, SUNSHINE= 8)

Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED

a very very modified treadmill workout this morning due to an uncooperative running buddy - he just didn't want me to get my intervals in! Total of 7.25 km done - better than a kick in the teeth, I guess!
