Sugar Cookie Sunday

Postby Avis » Sun Dec 14, 2014 11:11 am

I'm baking Christmas cookies with my niece today. :D Will try to squeeze a workout in there sometime. Have a good day, all you Maniacs!

6 km solo this morning. Love going out when there's new snow early in the morning and see you can see the few other sets of early morning footprints.

Egg Nog Jog (10.8K)! Lots of fun, love this event. Not my best result though. Great to see Ken B, Sandra L and Rob T as well. First race in my new AG!

Sugar Cookie Sunday

Postby marymac442 » Sun Dec 14, 2014 2:30 pm

Today's run turned into a walk. My cold is in my chest and running was feeling like a painful chore. It was a beautiful day for a walk - 55 min done with 10 min run to start. Got together with the Bonsor gang for our annual Christmas run and brunch at Mandeville Garden. Food is a bit of a disappointment under the new management.

about 6km with a friend. we were checking out the scene of the rockslide and the now-extinct bridge.

then she went home and I zipped over to the other side to see the damage on the east side of the canyon, so another 2-3km added.
